Complete information chaos and false assurances from consultants. Twice the arrangements with the hotline consultants were not actually covered. The first time they tried to charge me the cost of the service, which I have in the package (a dozen or so calls and switching between employees, conflicting decisions, etc. to sort it out). The second time, on the subject of a replacement car, Leaseplan claims that I did not agree to it - where I was the person who applied for it. Again, an attempt to dump the cost of the service from the package onto me, conflicting information between departments, findings that have no coverage with reality and exposing the wind to a sorted replacement car NONE - the man stays on ice. Third case - liquidation of damage. Leaseplan, despite many of my messages, photo documentation, video recordings of totally distressed, amateur AC repair at their authorized partner CANNOT influence the subcontractor or reimbursement for the final car restoration at its own expense. TRAGEDIA, I do not recommend to anyone - and this is only less than a year with a 2-year contract. By working with this company, man stays on the ice falling into the trap of their department system, consultants, flotation workers who have no idea about the content of the contract. Department 2: Please wait, we will switch to department 1 ... Department 1 - please talk to department 2. The quintessence of this chaos.
