I email them about a complaint. My 2 daughters moved out of their apartment and were told to leave blinds because they were damaged. The blinds were left. Management then sent a bill for the blinds saying they were the wrong color. We had no problem paying for the blinds but wanted the blinds back that were left by us that were the wrong color. We were told that the maintenance crew lost them. I then emailed the office and the cardinal group and asked to be credited for the blinds lost or to have my blinds returned. I received a final statement. I as the guarantor and mother of the renters went to the ofc and was told that the bookkeeper would email me and that I needed to leave the office. Needless to say the bill has been paid, my children have moved, no one has responded to us in over a month after several emails from us and I wouldn't recommend this company.
