I had to ask four times if my room was ready. Was not checked in until after 4 pm . They upgraded my room. All of the staff were nice. It is a lovely looking hotel but beware: there is no soundproofing and you can hear EVERYTHING, from people walking and having conversations in the hallway to a neighbors very loud television. Security did not respond. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who cares about basic comfort and normal noise levels. A true shame as it is a lovely hotel on the surface and those who work there are quite friendly.
