Mark is an outstanding mortgage broker. I was shopping for a new mortgage and after talking to several other companies that wouldn't honor their advertised rate, I found Mark on Bankrate. Not only did he honor his advertised rate, he needed only a few pieces of information and the loan was off to the underwriter within an hour or so. I've purchased a number of homes and this was the smoothest application process I've experienced. Mark is always available by text, phone, and email and responded quickly to any questions I answered. When the title company had a last minute snafu, he jumped in to help resolve it. I would happily use him again. His level of customer service is nothing short of exceptional.
