Their tech tried to tell me the fan motor was bad when it was capacitor problem only. Long story short, he replaced the capacitor. In less than 6 months, that capacitor starts failing. I have called the company numerous times, talking to different people who pass the buck and no one calls me back about warranty of their products. In fear of ruining the motor, I had another company replace the capacitor (5 year warranty) and found A #1 Air did not mount it correctly which caused it to prematurely fail. I think they need to take " "guaranteed right day or night" out of their slogan!

***Update***. Thank you for responding to my review but to little too late. As my review stated, I already paid another company to fix it correctly. Your company had the chance to make it right and failed.
