My husband and I had called almost every Kia dealership in the Houston area looking for the car I wanted. All of them tried to sell us on a different exterior color, interior color, etc. because they did not have the black on black that I was looking for. However, Fort Bend Kia went the extra mile to find and pick up my Kia from Austin and then drive it to their dealership. When we went in to pick it up our salesman, Jay Rajput, made the process quick and easy. He explained the all technology that came in my new car and how to use it. He also went for a test drive with us to ensure everything was as we wanted in the ride as well. Overall, I was very pleased with our experience and the staff at Fort Bend Kia and would recommend it to others.
