Dear Sirs and Madames,

I hereby express my displeasure about the quality of one of your products. I have bought a sweater for 49.95 in one of their shops and this fuzzes without end so that you can make all mohair fiber without problems from the pullover and that must not be absolutely for this price. Since probably their low-wage workers in Romania have delivered no quality. I'm very disappointed and will not buy one of their products anymore.
