As frequent traveler and accorplus member, I have been to many hotels within accor chain. Many differences regarding to quality of service recognised among this hotel and other accor hotels. I did not feel welcome as privileged member as I have had from other accor hotels.
The staffs at the check in counter are not friendly and not well trained. I suggest if you have this budget, better try other five stars hotel. For me, JW or other accor may be my next stay.
