Sharmane RN (has her last name covered on her badge) in triage has the WORST attitude. Zip and St.Clair at the patient checkin desk also have the worst people skills in the world.I am here for chest pains and its like unless u make a scene they treat u in a condesending manner as if u are not as hurt or in pain as u say. They treat patients as if the are not human as if all of us are homeless and just making up symptoms for a place to rest. No sense of privacy or dignity. I asked the African nurse for a heating pad he acted as if I was speaking another language. Grady hires the worst of the worst.. These people may have the credentials but they are rude and nasty individuals with no real interest in helping people. I have been observing them fir the past 3 hrs and everyone around me agress these people are terrible. They are the ones who give grady a bad name. When i go to appts at clinics my service is never like this.
