I wish I can give a negative star. I have called 2 weeks ago to cancel my services because I'm moving and my home is not ready. They were suppose to call me back within 72 hours. I called back today and waited 45 minutes. When they customer service answered she said they did call but their was no voice mail .... strange, because i do have voice mail. Then she said you have the wrong department and i said "well i press cancellation, how did i get the wrong department?" So now I'm back on hold and as of now I've been on hold for another 15 minutes (still on hold) making a total of 1 hour on hold.

I would have used them again, but because of this experience I will NEVER use them again. Too bad, if they made this easy I would have called them back for my new home.
