I am here at the birth center. Checking in for my 2:15PM appointment & they made waited 20 mins to be seen. I got here at 1:10PM.
What the hell is an appointment to be schedule but don't even follow the time schedule. Usually they make a big deal if you are 5 mins late.
IT'S RUDE & UNACCEPTABLE!
