Older airport.. charging ports at gates often broken or fully occupied. Staff at gates unfortunately are seldom more than civil to guests. I avoid this airport at all costs but when I do catch a connection here I am almost always delayed and 3 times now I've had to rent a car and drive home to Albany region after late night flights promising they will take off only to be canceled in a technicality.

United Lounges tend to be packed and I've experienced them turning guests away at full capacity. Very little in the way of heathy food options for purchase on the go. Planes also are often older and run down. Lines for ladies room with many stalls closed due to maintenance issues. Flying isn't exactly a joy anywhere but if given the option I would highly recommend traveling through Dulles or O'hare for coast to coast travel.

**update food** Just wanted to share what a bagel and $1.80 worth of cream cheese looks like. Ordered at one of the "restaurants" that are all owned by the same company using the tablets, payed at self check out, only to find my $4.30 bagel doesn't even come toasted. It's just a bread sandwich with a smear of cream cheese. All the food and service here is terrible. Where did all the chain restaurants go? When a company monopolizes all food and drink at an airport no one wins!
