Nice and friendly staff. Conveniently located in the heart of the city with many tourist attractions and historical places nearby. The tram station is also a couple of minutes walk away. The reason I have given it three stars is that the rooms are very tight. There is no space to put two suitcases even though they provided us with a luggage stand. Also the carpet pillows the duvet their covers and the curtains look old and worm out. The pillows were however changed immediately on my complaint
