Worst customer service that I have ever dealt with...

Worst customer service that I have ever dealt with since becoming a business owner 8 years ago. The new ultrasound unit that I had purchased 12 months ago began having issues. We were told that the warranty had passed so that we would be responsible for the service charges. We were also told that no loaner program existed so we would be without our machine for as long as it took them to fix it. As it was still working inconsistently and it was a busy time in our practice, we held off on shipping it back to them. When we finally could ship it to them, it turned out that they did have a loaner program. However they didn't have a loaner at that time. Once they received the machine they found that the mother board had failed. We suggested that perhaps we should not be responsible for replacing the mother board in a year old machine. We went to the owner of the company who spent 15 minutes screaming at my office manager and finally saying that only "God" could decide whether the machine would work or not. Also that they no longer sold that model because it was such a difficult machine. Still they required payment before they would send our machine back to us. Would never buy another thing from this company.
