I am sad to say that we had two platters here (1/2 brisket and 1/2 pork). Our visit was okay, however the sides were cold and the brisket was dry. We told the server, and she apologized. Then I called and spoke in great detail with the general manager Jeff, who invited us to come back in and gave me information on how to order the brisket next time. I assumed that meant to come back in to have the unsatisfactory meals replaced. Apparently not. I called today and spoke with Christy, who spoke with Jeff and she said, "We were not planning to replace the meals, he just remembers talking to you." Okay, so a general manager talks for 20 minutes on the phone as I explain my dissatisfaction with the meals and the $20 price tag that went with them, and all you say is how to order it next time. This was very disappointing. I wanted to write a review to express my dissatisfaction with Mojo's on University.
