The reservation department miss quoted me on pricing and failed to explain how their discount with AAA worked . Was trying to book a two room reservation. The representative told me they'd have to book the rooms separately, but that there would be a discount on my second room. Once the first reservation was done I was quoted a lower rate for the next one, only to then wait on hold to have him return to state that the reservation on the second room was going to be higher than the first.

Annoyed and feeling deceived I cancelled both reservations. Time to spend some $ on training your customer service reps Harrahs.
