Had an appointment for my vehicle to be serviced nine days out and on the day of service they didn t have the part to repair my car, so I had to leave my car in there another 24 hours. Seems to me you should look ahead at your schedule to see what repairs are coming up and have the parts in stock. Me and my wife were both put out and had to rearrange our schedule by me not having a vehicle for two days. Very disappointing
