This place looks like a 5 star resort but their service is worst than services at a motel. There were numerous problems with my stay:
1) The first night I was there I noticed the room was hotter than normal so I adjusted the temperature and assumed it would just take time to cool down. The first night's sleep was uncomfortable because it was too warm. By the next day, I couldn't bare it any longer and asked them to take a look at the AC. The AC person said it would take at least 30 minutes to fix it and it was already 11 pm and I had an early morning the next day. I asked for another room for the night. The receptionist said all the rooms were booked but when I asked to speak to the manager, they magically found a room for me right away. Why did it take a manager to resolve this problem?
2) I bought my own towel, and although it was also white, it was very distinct. The cleaners accidentally took it when cleaning my room for the day, even though it was hanging on the hook, which means they shouldn't have taken it. They couldn't find the towel and didn't even offer to replace it for me. When I pushed for it to be replaced, Jimmy the manager told me to send him the information of the towel so that he could replace it but I haven't heard from him since and I have not received my replacement towel. I tried calling several times and every time they would say they will call me back but never did. They finally found my towel and shipped it back to me. HOWEVER, they caused a stain on it that makes me weary of using it again. After all I been through, they didn't even have the decency to send me a cleaned towel (see picture). When I asked for it to be replaced, they said they comped me for a nice meal already. A meal that I had to return most of my portion back to the kitchen because they served spoiled meat. They act like I can't tell the difference between spoiled meat and "umami." I guess they thought I never had a really nice steak before to tell the difference. When the chief ask if I would like a replacement, I passed on the offer because I didn't want to take my chances again with this place.
3) they didn't clean my room 2 days straight in a row. I called and asked if it can be serviced before I left the room and it wasn't clean when I got back in the afternoon. I called again and waited in the room until their staff came. They came 45 minutes later and had to direct them what to clean (to remember to empty the trash can and refill towel paper - the basics).
What kind of response from the owner is this? You might as well not respond. Did you just response to increase your response rate on Google? What did you do to earn my business again?
