I was the only client. Staff let me wait for 1-2 minutes before greeting me. Both of them only speak English. The website says that they need 4 days, so I came to the shop on Tuesday morning around 10 o'clock and said I needed a birthday cake on Saturday. They told me they only thing possible would be a standard cake. Then I asked whether or not that included lactosefree cakes (the reason while I went there in the first place). They told me that they need 7 days for lactosefree cakes, but I did not see this on their website. So I left quite disappointed and won''t come back. So we'll just have diarrhea instead :-)
