***COMPANY WILL ASK YOU TO DELETE NEGATIVE REVIEWS FOR A REFUND***

We had a Pizza/Walking brewery tour scheduled and received a confirmation e-mail the afternoon before. That evening, received a voicemail the tour was cancelled. Called back immediately to reschedule and spoke with a woman at Five Star Tours. She stated she would call us back in 10 minutes to reschedule. Call was never returned.

Later that evening I called and e-mailed Five Star Tours asking to reschedule or status of a refund. Call or e-mail was never returned.

Four days later, after I am no longer in San Diego, I messaged the company on their website. A few hours later I get a reply from Alfonso Hernandez that they will give a refund if I take down a negative review my girlfriend completed. Filed a complaint with the BBB and will not be "threatened" to take down truthful negative reviews.
