I recently closed on a house and had the pleasure of working with Ken Brown as my Loan Officer. Ken maintained constant contact and made sure I knew what was going on and why every step of the way with professionalism and in a very timely manner . The market was not a buyer's market but Ken continued to help me through it and always got back to me with numbers and details as soon as he possibly could.
