Shipping was higher then what I purchased. The crumb cake was horrible, awful, ghastly, disgusting. When I called the bakery, I was placed on hold. I was calling from Alabama. I asked for a refund, was told I could "get" 15% off on next order. I informed the clerk that there would never be another order to Carlo's Bakery from me. It is way overrated and now I cannot stand to watch the show "cake boss or any other boss show that 'Buddy' is the expert." The cake was extremely dry and hard! Zero freezer degree hard; like it had been prepared for over a year.

The entire experience that I had to endure with Carlo's Bakery was appalling!!!
