Customer service earns a maximum of 1 star. Really worthless. Booking with E tickets is a drama, there are still booking costs! Why? You have to book via the internet, I understand that is much more convenient (if it works) so you will be penalized with booking costs .... an error message always came back when booking. Couldn't make a reservation. So call. You enter a labyrinth of a choice menu that makes you tired. Customers are not walking money bags though. Those are people.
