Emily in the Service Department went above and beyond when I just simply dropped in unannounced and with a wiper blade issue. She persisted in fixing this herself while I had a cup of coffee and she really did a great job as I tried but was unable to do the same. She then also assisted with showing me how one of my window blind features worked on my new 840i. What a great asset to this company this knowledgeable lady is.
