Friendly and helpful staff for when you have a lot of questions. The selection of teas, salts, sauces, oils and vinegars is vast. The Honey/Ginger vinegar is my absolute favorite...I mix 2 tablespoons of this goodness with a shot of Vodka and a splash of Limoncello to make one of the best cocktails I've ever had!
