Sales process went great. 3 months into having the RV we had issues that required service. We had to wait several (and I mean several) weeks just to get the unit in and now it's a constant struggle to get a update. "We'll get right back to you" is the response and that call or email just doesn't come.

Update: after calling the Quality Assurance department, all is great. Thanks for the help from QA and I have adjusted my review to reflect that.
