I had been thinking of trading in my 2004 4Runner for a new one for some time so I stopped by Mossy Toyota because they were advertising some really good President s Day deals. As soon as I walked into the dealership I was lucky to be approached by salesman Marc McCrum. We started talking about what I was looking for and he immediately presented me with several good options. I had really stopped in just to see what they had but was offered such a really good deal that I ended up driving off in a brand new SR5! I love my new 4Runner and really love the deal I got. Marc was very patient and was never pushy. He spent a lot of time finding what I wanted and working up the best deal they could give me. In fact, the exact car I wanted was not in their lot, it was in Long Beach I believe. To make sure I got exactly what I wanted, Marc personally went and drove the car back for me. Now that is dedication! The whole time I was at the dealership, people kept greeting me and asking me if I needed anything. Even the sales manager made it a point to introduce himself to make sure I was being treated well. The finance director was also very pleasant and professional. He clearly new what he was doing and got all the paperwork done in no time. I have bought well over 12 cars over the years, 5 of them Toyotas, and I can say without hesitation that this was the best experience and the best deal I have ever gotten. Thank you to Mossy Toyota and to Marc McCrum for being the best at what you do.
