The institution is for the students who really want to get ahead in their carrier. The process starts from day 1 itself with a psychometric test which helps student to understand the course that they should opt for. Hence from day 1 itself students know their domain. I joined this institution for about 2 months and I consider myself very lucky for this opportunity .In this time frame I learned software and tools as well as the overall procedure about how to tackle a problem and how to proceed in a step by step manner. I can now apply GD&T, can do designing and analyzing in Catia, perform meshing operations in hypermesh and analyze it in Radios and Optistruct and can solve the problem using the concept of six-sigma . This has increased my confidence and made me self-reliance. Under the mentorship of Atul sir, I also learned the importance of team work, working in an organized manner and the true meaning of professionalism .Undergoing this training has provided me a lifetime employability which is the basic goal of IKSC. I also did the project on Cost reduction of Mountain Bike Brakes which I did using six-sigma and I gained more and more confidence as the time passed by. The sessions that are conducted every alternate days by Mr.Atul Patil motivates students and urge them to aim for higher goals. IKSC offers case based learning where in students can apply their skills and come to a solution in a professional way. Any engineer who has dedication and determination to learn and develop skills can join this institution. Hence at IKSC students learn skills development, how to be well-organized, various tools, aiming for higher goals, methodical way of working etc. I am thankful to Mr.Atul Patil for his time, support and guidance.
