I'm not Tina Jones-- don't know where that came from!!! I want to leave a review for Kyle at James River Air Conditioner. Well, all I got to say is that I specifically request Kyle for every call that I place with James River. He is competent, efficient, friendly, neat and always solves whatever problem we might be having at the time. In my opinion, he is the absolute best at repairing any type of heating/AC, large appliance like a washer or refrigerator. James River is very lucky to have someone as good as Kyle. I think other people are getting wind of his expertise because I am having to wait longer now for his service. That's okay!!! It's well worth it!!! Carolyn Bokinsky
