The bag is nice, but too large. I've spent the last week trying to return the bag, but they won't contact me with return instructions. I've emailed 4 times and called the store. They say you must return the bag in 14 days for refund, but I'm going to miss the deadline. Make sure you really want the bag before you go through the hassle factor for returns.

Update: The company responded quickly after my post and we got it resolved. Small company that got a bit busy.
