I have hired horrible lawyer after horrible lawyer...

I have hired horrible lawyer after horrible lawyer on a slam dunk case. So when I found out about this law office and it s reviews I was like finally, some hope. I spent over $3,000 to hire Kyra Key and 3 weeks had passed and I didn t hear from her. So when I called I was immediately transferred to a male who was giving me updates on my case. He then proceeded to tell me that I had a balance and I needed to take care of the balance so that he could continue and assist on the case. I was confused and annoyed. When I explained to him I didn t know him and he was not who I hired I got a generic answer about when u hire one u hire all as, we all work for the same office and he also stated Kyra was no longer with the firm.

Long story short, my case was given to someone else who I never met, I only retained Kyra because of our consultation. No one bothered to let me know anything about my case because I would of clearly asked for my money back or tried to see who I felt had my best interest but no I was just a pay check to this firm. Then I had a bill for over $1500 dollars after my retainer so $3000 was gone in 3 weeks off of gathering my files from court? PLUS another $1500 JOOOOOOOKE!!! Now I can t even get a hold of anyone.
