The traffic trying to get into the convention center was unbelievable. We waited for well over an hour to pay $10 after sitting in lines of waiting cars. The seats in the ballroom for the event were small, not very comfortable and stained. The audio system was cutting in and out all throughout the presentation. The restroom availability was also inadequate. Very disappointing.
