My grandmother has been there for some time, and the service she has received is terrible. The nurses do not clean her up, and when they do, they do not do so properly. The language barrier is also a problem. At least one other patient that we know of constantly screams for the nurse to come, and the nurses ignore her completely. These nurses also act welcoming towards my family, but when my family is gone, they ignore my grandmother. My rating is not one star, but zero stars. And to the nurses responsible...God help you when you reach my grandmother s age.
