Penny Realty is a reliable and professional property management business. I had the pleasure of working with Greg Flatery and Brittany Hunter . I am new at this role of being a landlord and leasing a condo, and they taught me the process... step by step. Penny Realty made it easy for me.

First, I am grateful that Greg helped me find an amazing contractor, Nick De Santis, to renovate the condo. Greg answered kindly to every telephone call I had during the renovation. He even came out during the construction phase to give me advise.

Next, Brittany Hunter helped me find a responsible tenant.
Brittany was pleasant, friendly, and most importantly professional. I had lots of questions, and she answered every concern I had. I needed extra guidance and patience, and she was there for me. Once she found a tenant, she executed every detail to finalize the lease agreement. She was always friendly and clear in her communications with me. She promptly got back to every question even after hours. I know it has been a few months later, but it is November. The time of year that people show thanks and appreciation. Honestly, I highly recommend doing business with Penny Realty.
