So wrong, on so many levels
I am a former LOVER who feels abandoned!
Not a helpful salesperson left in this department store. The housewares department is quite possibly number one on my list of least helpful people in New York City! I sincerely hope you never have to buy an overpriced pot , pan , knife or GASP... COFFEE MAKER!! Excuse me sir can you please explain the difference between this Nespresso machine and That one?

Can you tell me the difference between those pods sizes and those pods because they are same color but names are different c?

bye bye overpriced underwhelming Espresso Pod salespeople !!
The friendliest most knowledgeable person there was the chef who does the demonstrations and doesn t sell anything! He actually recommended an amazing knife brand which I purchased ELSEWHERE!
