Few months ago, bought used 2015 BMW from a friend. It needed some diagnosing of starting issue and noises fixed. Also had interior detailing done. Honestly first visit was not the best experience/service, but then I emailed the manager about it. They refunded the money, not only that, they went above and beyond to fix everything. Foreman Trent even found the noice from differential (that I thought was just road noice), and fixed it (expensive but luckily Warrenty covered it). I have to give credit to their public relation manager, Rebecca Bridgman for taking care of everything. I am glade that I just didnt go to other BMW dealer and gave them a chance to correct things. They certainly went above and beyond fixing things. Thank you.
