We were there the last days of the year.
The hotel is in a great location (even with traffic we reached the main attractions in a few minutes), and is well organized.
Inside there are some very nice shops with Agra specialties (especially objects in marble, pashminas and silk).
The staff are really friendly and professional.
There are 2 breakfast rooms, one on the ground floor and one on the fifth floor, both full of tasty buffet dishes.
The rooms are spacious and clean (in the bathrooms there was even a shaving kit and a toothbrush and toothpaste kit), the problem that affected the whole review was the temperature of the rooms themselves. While intervening on the thermostat, the temperature did not rise above 18 degrees and we froze.
We immediately asked the kind lady of the welcome who accompanied us showing us the room to raise the temperature, she said that she would set it to 25 degrees but it did not happen.
We asked the technician for other times, we were told that he would be sent, but the temperature remained the same (in fact ... the cold air conditioning automatically turned on at the entrance to the room).
A real shame because the conditions for an ideal hotel to stay in are all there, if only the problems of the customers were solved.
I think I would still consider this hotel, but only in another season in which I should not be afraid of freezing.
