Shockingly bad service, in fact probably the worst...

Shockingly bad service, in fact probably the worst company that we have ever dealt with.
Our order for screens was placed on 29 July.
The screens never arrived so we cancelled the order on 21 August and requested a refund, which also never arrived. They do now not answer the phone or respond to emails. The only way to stand a chance of recovering our money will be to take them to court. One star is too good for Furniture@work
