My husband and I love Concrete Science. About 8 years ago we did the DIY version of an epoxy floor in our garage and it was a considerable amount of work in prepping to putting down the epoxy and it looked nice for maybe a year or so. We've redone it once since then and for the last 2 years the floor has looked terrible. We decided we were going to spend the money to have it done professionally this spring. We did some online research and obtained a few quotes. Chase's straight forward and professional response to our questions sold us on Concrete Science. Christian and Marco did our floor. Both wonderful and extremely professional, Christian explained the steps that would take place and how long each step would take. They did an AMAZING job on our floor!! It is so easy to clean - I love that part. We had one small issue with our concrete (not the epoxy or the job that had been done) and I asked if they would come out and look at it sometime this summer when they were in the area. Matt came out the next week and evaluated the issue and gave us a couple of options. Ryan was out shortly after that to administer the solution we chose. Again note that the issue was not the epoxy or the application. They wanted to make sure we were 100% happy with our floor. My husband and I have used many service companies over the years. I don't believe we have ever been so happy with a company!! From beginning to end a GREAT experience. I wish we had gone this route 8 years ago! Thank you to Chase, Matt, Christian, Marco and Ryan!!
