I would like to emphasize the wonderful personnel ...

I would like to emphasize the wonderful personnel that supported my Mother and our Family during her stay. From the onset of reviewing a facility, the Admission Staff was informative, extremely knowledgeable of what was to come, and set a plan that became flexible moving from Assisted Living to Dementia Care.
The Staff gave the care, patience, and emotional support to my Mother, along with Us, that would be expected from a true family environment. The Facility was exceptionally maintained, and any request was supported and executed. The Food and Service was that of a restaurant format, down to private in room service. As in our case, the staff observed her difficulty eating solid food, called in a specialist to review and tailored the food processing to her needs.
I cannot say enough for what Great People and Great Leadership did to make an extremely difficult time in my Mothers final years Dignity and a feeling of Love.
At the time of our loss, William Crawford and his Staff supported our family as they did from the first day I met them . 5 STARS
