People were nice and friendly at first, then after...

People were nice and friendly at first, then after our third delivery of a sideboard and second of a table things started to change. They tried to tell us that it was the style, very dissatisfied with Indigo. now 14 months later, the lock on the extending part of the table has broken and just 2 days ago one handle snapped on one of the sideboard drawers and just today the other one has snapped off too.
