Tar Heel Basement Systems is an awesome company to correct leaky basements.. Starting with Alex Gutierrez, who initially came to look at the basement, diagnose the problem and explain how it could be corrected. He was very personable and took time to explain how the Tar Heel Basement System works. I asked if I could speak and see work at customers who have already had the work done. After visiting and speaking with several customers who have have the work done between 10 years and a year and a half ago, I was excited about making the decision to go with Tar Heel Basement Systems. What I saw was in good shape with no hint of the areas smelling like a basement. All customers spoke highly of the work ethics and process of the company. Staff was exceptional. The Project manager for my work, De'Vonta called about 45 minutes before arriving each of the days of work. He and the workers were neat, personable and knowledgable. De'Vonta went over each step of the process. They worked together like a well oiled machine. My personal belongings were securely wrapped in plastic to prevent dust coverage, De'Vonte was not bothered by what might have been the smallest question. The area was actually left neater than it was found.

The company's inspector made a visit to check over the work and took time to ask whether or not I was satisfied with the work so far. Even my plumber said that he has know Tar Heel to do great work. My family and I were surprised at how the system was able to dissipate the dampness and basement odor.The inspector, De'Vonta, the foreman and his staff as well as Alex all made the project a pleasant experience. I have a fresh and usable space again. I am pleased with the guarantee, financing and followup plan, if needed. I feel so relieved without becoming overwhelmed at the possibility of rain. I would recommend Tar Heel Basement Systems.
