As a UW-Madison student, I have experienced a variety of landlords in the regent street area. This being said, I have to say that Tallard was on a different level as far as customer satisfaction goes. Their response to maintenance requests was very timely, and the workers were always friendly and willing to go above and beyond. I was always able to talk to upper management during the week, and was treated like a person not a number. The owners are always willing to work with you, and the front office was very punctual with communication. I highly recommend going through these guys! -Nathan, former resident of 1117 Bowen Court
