Customer service is absolutely terrible! The savings in price were not worth the headache in my experience. I'll now miss a deadline because of their issues. Shipping was fast, sure, but the product arrived damaged, twice! They literally wrapped a parts box in some tape and sent it like that. As a result, the ball joint stud stuck through the box resulting in damage. Not only that, but you could see a hole in the box where it happened before and they just taped over it! And this was a replacement for a previously damaged part. They then said they would not ship another one because they "were not confident it would not happen again." It's not that hard to put a part in a shipping box with some bubble wrap! I really had high hopes for this company, but now I'm just left bummed that I spent several hundred dollars with them. Lesson learned!
