The WORST customer service from any company EVER. Adjuster and claims supervisor made promises to me to make arrangements for a rental, then when the day came told me they would have never agreed to that and suggested that I try duct taping my vehicle together or using a bungee cord until they get around to getting me a rental. I would give zero stars if it were an option. steer clear.
