We like to know what goes on in our area in which we live, so we turn to our local news channel which touts that it is live, local, and late breaking -lol Now they just put Live, Local Now
I have just about given up on them and am considering changing to Paducah channel 10 NBC for local news.
Here is the reason why:
We turn on our news at 10:00 pm and this Is what we get:

What happened to good old pounding the pavement and hustling to get some real local news?
It s sad that KFVS continuously advertise that their Live, Local, Late Breaking and then all they do is copy the national news. I know there is a lot happening in the Cape Girardeau area it just takes a little work to get out of the air conditioned office and get busy doing a little leg work. It s much easier just to copy our neighboring stations with their couple of stories and pick up the Associated Press stories rather than actually do some work and find the stories right here in the Cape area.
Please, Please, Please either start reporting Live, Local, Late Breakimg News or quit advertising that you do so when in fact you don t.
That s about all I have to say about that-lol
