Went to a&e to get my 21 month old toddler checked...

Went to a&e to get my 21 month old toddler checked out. Got there at 2am left at 5am. Witnessed staff on breaks and not many staff on shift. There wasn't many people waiting either.
This hospital is filthy. Even the nurse told us to sit away from other patients in waiting area as there were unsavoury kinds. When we finally got to see the doctor my toddler being curious walked over to a bin in the room and the doctor said not to touch as its covered in blood and it was! the floor was filthy, just shocking.. hospital needs a LOT of money spent on it, totally understand why the staff dont seem like they want to be there. I would never visit this hospital again which is a shame since the nurse and doctor we had were very knowledgeable and good with our son.
