Jermey was fantastic. He explained everything well, and I didn't feel like he was trying to up sell me on unnecessary services. It's hard to find someone who isn't pushy, so I'm super pleased with his level of customer service. He was very friendly and understanding when I needed to get the kids fed while he was here. Great tech!
