Dear Mercedes in Bellevue,
We came in Friday after a problem with loosing an
ID card down the crack in the console's sliding cover. But
Sheryl got us into the service schedule without an
appointment, was extraordinarily helpful, stayed in
touch with us concerning the issue, and got the problem
solved before 5PM. She lives the definition of service and
concern to customers. To the fat cat administrators: Give her
a big raise immediately, and don't even think about firing her
ever!
