We are from Texas and have been traveling for over 2 months. Our car s engine light came on and we took it into AutoNation Ford Jacksonville. Our experience from the first moment we stepped in the door was exceptional thanks to our interaction with your team member, Stephanie. She immediately took ownership of our issue, our car was taken in the shop within minutes and she and the mechanic came to talk with us within half an hour of coming in. Unfortunately, we needed a new engine, again thanks to Stephanie we left with a rental car and a promise to have our car back within 3 weeks. She kept us informed during the repair and exceeded our expectations when it was ready in 2 instead of 3 weeks. Thank you Stephanie for turning lemons into lemonade, you are fantastic!
